The Meeting place is the office at the entrance at 985 E. Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ If you plan on attending any meeting, please verify that the Date or Time has not changed by emailing Jim Thorne or Derek Dujardin at least one week in advance.

You are allowed to speak to the Board, if you wish, when the Board addresses a specific item on the agenda for that meeting. Please contact the President, Derek Dujardin, by text or call to 602-481-6188 and discuss adding an agenda item IN ADVANCE of the meeting to see if it can be accommodated on that meeting's agenda. You will be limited to FIVE (5) MINUTES of presentation or discussion. The Board may grant more time if deemed acceptable.
DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS, IF MEMBERS WISH TO ATTEND ANY PHYSICAL MEETING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER YOUR WISH WITH EITHER JIM THORNE (928-300-2127) OR DEREK DUJARDIN (602-481-6188) AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF A MEETING DATE.
